How Storage Auctions Work:
We hold auctions from time to time at each of our facilities– Walsh Drive Self Storage, Interstate Storage Solutions and Stronghold Storage.
The way the auctions work is quite simple:
1) Sign up starts 30 minutes before auction time.
2) Customers sign in and provide an email address (to be notified of future auctions).
3) As a group, we will walk from one unit to the next; the unit will be opened up and everyone can file past the unit to see what is inside; no entering the unit or touching anything in it; after everyone has had a chance to see the goodies, the bidding begins.
Winning bidder signs a receipt and must remove all items within 5 business days. The winner also must put down a $50 deposit, which is refunded when the unit is completely cleaned out and inspected by management.
